A healing balm for your pelvic pain

Welcome to Soothe – a healing balm for your pelvic pain.
An 8 part healing program designed to heal pelvic pain related to endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, painful sex and more.
If you’ve found you’re way here, you’ve likely been suffering, enduring your pelvic pain for a while now. Maybe you have an endometriosis diagnosis, or PCOS, or perhaps its pain from pregnancy that won’t resolve. Perhaps you’ve seen a multitude of practitioners, and feel you’ve tried EVERYTHING. You might even feel like things are hopeless and will never change.
Grounded in over 15 years of experience supporting women with pelvic pain and the latest evidence in pain science, Kelly has designed this unique program to offer both individual learning and live online support.
Over the years, Kelly has supported many women with persistent pelvic pain to understand their pain, their nervous system and heal – to live a full and joyful life by offering holistic, embodied healing.
Kelly knows the nervous system plays a vital role in healing, and has undertaken extensive nervous system trainings to offer you an integrative pain healing approach.
In this course you will gain understanding of the role of your nervous system in your pain experience – the importance of creating safety in the body, how your hormones and menstrual cycle affect your pain, how pain becomes persistent, the role of stress and more, empowering you to take control of your pain, instead of feeling like your pain controls you, and your life. (Scroll down for in depth description of each module).
Kelly has included an extensive variety of nervous system, somatic and embodiment practices, yoga, breathing, meditation and more to support you connect to yourself, create a felt sense of safety, and support nervous system regulation.

“Kelly’s chronic pelvic pain program is such a supportive and empowering resource for anyone dealing with pelvic pain. It’s one of the first things I’ve come across that actually explains what’s going on in your body in a way that makes sense, while also giving you practical tools to support yourself daily. The education modules are clear, up-to-date, and incredibly validating, especially around the connection between pain, stress, anxiety, and the nervous system. The breathing techniques, somatic stretches, and orienting practices have helped me feel more in control and less alone in the process. It’s clear that Kelly brings a caring, holistic, and well-informed approach to everything she shares. This program is a fantastic starting point if you’re looking to understand your pain and finally feel supported in making meaningful, body-informed changes.” – Emma
“Soothe has been the gentle nudge I have needed to realise that not only do I deserve to invest time in myself but that I also don’t need to feel the postpartum discomfort I have been feeling for the last almost 11 years!! It is a perfect combination of fact; so I know what and why my body is giving me these feelings of pain and discomfort, and somatic practices. These somatic practices have been the perfect little snippet of time in my day that have taught me to reconnect with my body in a gentle, compassionate way, and I’ve noticed such a shift in both my pain and confidence in knowing my body. I finally feel like I’m not fighting my body, but working with it.
I am so grateful for Kelly and her work at Somatic Womankind – how lucky are we as women to have access to this kind of power over our pain through knowledge and practice.” – Chelsea
